We make general+dermatology surgery easy for every one.
Generally, we treat big and small skin lesions every day but, there is a limit of what we can do to help you. So if your cancer your cancer is way too big – you know what that means ! You need to visit a surgeon 🙁
Next time keep them small ! How ? regular skin check with your doctor.
The Leg.
Skin cancers are very common on the legs. If you’re unlucky enough to get one, don’t fret! surgery is straight forward for small lesions. We have many independent 80++ year old patients who have successfully self care for their wounds without any major worries. Our most senior patient for skin graft was 93 ! So, sit down, leg up and relax with a book or extended screen time !
Please note: If you have vascular compromised legs (cold feet, no pulses or swollen limbs with severe varicose veins or lymphadema ) or big cancer >2.5cm – you need to see a surgeon !
The ear
The Nose: The most difficult area to treat and make neat. Bulky pin cushion skin flaps or wrinkly skin grafts to the nose are very common even with the most aged surgeon.
The Lip- Lips generally heal very well. Lower lip heals best. Upper lip not so good but fortunately most bad ones are on the lower lip.
